Appointments

A first appointment with an ND is typically a long one (60-90 minutes), for the purpose of obtaining a thorough clinical history as well as a basic physical exam, to get started. Follow up visits tend to be shorter, but still 30-45 minutes so that questions can be asked, changes made if necessary, and new concerns can be addressed.

Prior to your first appointment

You will need to fill in a health history form. The best way to do this is to download and print the form from this site (from the menu on the left, or click below), and bring in a completed hard copy to your first visit.  Please use the adult form for a child over 12 years old; for younger kids please use the child/infant form.

Child Friendly!

I have many books, puzzles, and toys for kids to feel at home.  Please also feel free to bring anything that your child feels familiar with.

What to expect

A visit with me will involve a detailed discussion of your health needs, your health habits, and any relevant medical information that you can provide.  If you have copies of recent lab results, those are always helpful.  If it appears that any testing needs to be done, we will discuss this in our first visit.  This could include standard blood work through your GP, and other medical diagnostic tests; this may also include more naturopathic-type tests, which I refer out to ND’s in the community who provide these (i.e. food sensitivity testing).  I will also ask you to complete a diet diary between your first and second visit, and possibly other ‘homework’ depending on your specific health concerns.

Whole families are welcome to come to appointments, and I am happy to accommodate extended visits for more than one family member at a time (for example, with moms and babies).

I do my best to integrate your naturopathic care with medical or other care that you are receiving, and fully support any changes or transitions that may be part of optimizing your health.

FEES:

ADULTS:
1st Visit, 90 minutes – $130

Follow up visits, 45 minutes – $75

INFANTS/CHILDREN:
1st Visit, 60 minutes – $95

Follow up visits, 30 minutes – $60

SPECIAL FEES:

Mom & Baby follow up visits for both, 60 minutes – $95

B12 Shots – $12

Meet & Greet ‘Is this for me’ Visit:  15 Minutes – FREE!

Above prices do not include HST.  Payment can be made by cash or cheque. Other forms of payment will be forthcoming.
